Press Release Summary: Major enhancements for Voicent predictive dialer. It now
supports VOIP predictive dialing through Skype and supports remote agents.

Press Release Body: Cupertino, Aug 18, 2008 -- Voicent today released the latest
version of its state-of-the-art predictive dialer software that supports Skype and
remote agent. Skype is a voice-over-IP technology that allows users to make
telephone calls over the Internet to other Skype users free of charge and to
landlines and cell phones for a fee. Skype calls require no telephony hardware and
no physical telephone lines.

Besides the many benefits VOIP offers, such as low cost of ownership and easy to
setup, it also allows predictive dialing with remote agents. Agents can now work in
a different office, or even at home, as long as they have internet connection. Calls
are routed to an agent\'s computer whenever there is live human answer.

This release runs on Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista.

Voicent products include inbound and outbound applications. BroadcastByPhone
autodialer, AgentDialer (predictive dialer), AutoReminder (automatic appointment
phone reminder), and IVR Studio (inbound IVR and GUI application development tool).
All applications are developed on the platform of Voicent Gateway, an open standard
based VoiceXML gateway.
